As someone else commented, it is because your brain registered that your penis, aroused, it's a pleasure mean.

You have to re-calibrate your brain saying:
I'm a sex-bomb (I know it), but I will function in function to show (make) love to another girl who deserves you.

Don't give it space to watch yourself too much, just the necessary!

What helped me (but I don't if it will help you) is to think:
If I would've had a twin brother, identical to me.. would I have had sex with him?
Well.. the answer for me it's: absolutely no!
