Yes, it does - I have retained more self control than I ever had before on NoFap. My wife notices it more, even when she climbs out of the shower naked I don't constantly try it on as much, and I can go nights without any M or sexual contact.

I feel like this is terrible advice, but speak to her about it, about what you’re doing and your journey on nofap and ask her politely to not wear revealing clothing for a while. It may be awkward but hopefully she’s understanding and listens to you. If not...find ways to distract yourself at home.

 

Ya walking around the house in a thong to me is a classic BS line, stuff of fantasies. Girls don’t walk around in just thongs in front of family members, step brother/sister included.

The only exception to this is if the household is an all female one, for ex my girlfriend lives with her sister and her mom/aunt at home and she tells me being topless isn’t a big issue when getting ready for ex, obviously because there are no males in the house, if she had a brother there would be no way any of them would be topless or wearing a thong at any point
