    It's not about video and audio as you'll see naked people sooner or later whether in videos or in real life, and i don't think seeing anyone naked is harmful. It's about the massive dopamine rush you receive from any kind of pornography.

    So no, erotica is not allowed.

    Sounds like your addiction is trying to pull a fast one on you. In my opinion I would burn that bridge and never return. It's going to cause you to fantasize and most likely will lead you back to PMO. Why risk it? Keep going gents.
