For example, the C pill has been found to have so many good health effects. It increases nitrous oxide which protects the hearts, lowers blood pressure, improves blood flow, etc it doesn't have bad side effects

chances are we who have developed ED caused by porn, even after months of rebooting, we may never be the same again, you will see improvements, but for example, I'm already 36 years old, I'm already heading to the age where everything just starts going down, testosterone and other stuff. I've been doing this porn addiction since I was 16 probably, is absurd to think a few months of abstinence will fix all the damage caused in 20 years non stop

Why suffer and have bad experience in the bedroom with your girlfriend or a possible girlfriend, have insecurities when it comes having a future relationship cause you're afraid it may not work, when you can just take the pill every few days or small doses every day and be happy. Sure, it would be nicer if you didn't have to take anything, but lots of men my age and even younger who never watched porn or addicted and have ED issues too

Chances are if you have ED, you may have already had a bad experience and that can be with you for life, I had it happen once with an escort and until this day, I still have that fear in the back of my mind, even though I know I took the pill and it will work and it does. Even though I will never see that woman ever in my life again, the bad experience still haunts till this day. Now imagine having this happen with a woman you love and it affects the relationship, it can be devastating to your self esteem and self worth.

In a perfect world, we wouldn't have to take anything and all would be natural but is not always like that, for example, people's testosterone just drops for whatever reason or things in the body change or you have performance anxiety, stress, insecurity issues, etc. Life is too short to be having bad experiences and have it affect your self esteem and self confidence as a man, bring it down even more than it already is. What you need are good positive experiences.

I'm not advocating to keep using porn and shit, but in some cases, especially for guys like me who are already closing late 30s and shit, well, just abstaining and rebooting may not be enough and that extra help may be needed to have an active sex life with a girlfriend

  2. For me it was hit or miss. I remember taking kamagra (sildenafil) before sex, when I had the flatline. It still did not really work. I lost hardness during penetration. If your brain is too desensitized for dopamine, you cant get aroused or not aroused enough. No matter how much nitric oxide and thereby increased available blood flow to the penis will not work to make you hard or hard enough.

If you have already dried up your willpower then I agree, you may resort to pills. Otherwise you better improve yourself for the long term than make quick fixes.

I have used V in the past to solve my ED problems, and it mostly worked.
If ED was the only problem that overdosing on PMO caused, then the pills would be a ok solution.
However, I believe it is worth pursuing nofap for multiple other reasons such as improved motivation, discipline, and health. It is not healthy for our bodies and brains to PMO. I have come to realise this only recently after using PMO all my life.
I'm hoping to eventually be able to use a computer without thinking about browsing porn sites. I agree it will probably take more than 3 months to undo this urge.

  5. I have been watching porn since I was like 12 so 9 years, not as long as you but I still won’t give up, if you at your age what a healthy erection I suggest a few things, 1. Eat healthy only, 2. Cardio and weight lifting 3. No pmo.

lol people taking this thread as if I'm telling other to give up on nofap

but I've read many cases of people rebooting for many months if not years and barely seeing improvements, life's too short and even that guy Gary Wilson said it that for some people damage could be permanent, all you have to do is try and see, so that's what I will do, go abstinent for months as much as I can and see if I can get erections without porn again and possibly have sex without a pill

I still get morning woods and hard erections with porn, which means physically the dick is working, the morning wood is caused by testosterone mainly

but if I can't get erections with a woman after rebooting for months, what else can I do, be miserable?

I've been doing this for so long, I know is because of porn and dopamine, but who knows if going nofap for months will reverse it all?

What happens if it doesn't, I want to have a relationship with a woman again, etc I'm 18 with all the fucking time in the world anymore

Maybe the rebooting may improve the situation but not completely reverse it back to the time where I hadn't watched porn or I was new to it

  7. Where did you see Gary Wilson has stated " Damaged from porn is permanent?"

You're not addressing the issue with using pills. The issue is you're a porn addicted and have porn related brain changes and desensitivity. Your still relativley young dude, late 30s. What's going to happen is your body will get used to the pills and they won't work anymore.
