    So i was going pretty good with my streak of 1 month. I posted a few days back that i still couldn't let go of porn which led to many edging points and eventually today i relapsed because of it. I've rebooted and this time definitely no more porn. Do you guys also feel like you lost it all? The depression, anxiety and embarrassment. Another thing that does the O affect the face? Like does it make you look weird or is it in my mind? Are those what we call benefits. What i personally believe is the confidence boost was the real benefit. Putting all aside. Have i lost everything i managed to save in those 30 days? Or will this reboot make me stronger than before. Thank you for opening my thread.

    Firstly, no, I do not believe you’ve lost everything during those 30 days of abstaining from PMO. One relapse simply doesn’t ruin all your benefits so don’t beat yourself up for it.

    Secondly, the feelings of depression, anxiety and humiliation are all psychological. I personally feel them whenever relapsing but you will eventually feel better and more healthy once you gain momentum. Everything essentially is psychological in my opinion, including how you look physically. Overall, you will become more resilient and stronger from this relapse. Stay strong!

    Is very common feeling after relapse but we need to understand that 30 days of hard work cannot get ruined in few moments

    We are dealing with highest thing of this universe the lust and need to give some time to overcome it


    And u r going great bro 30 days so now just don't think too much about just learn where u may have gone wrong and immediately reboot again with more enthusiasm ✌️
