Flatlining

    When you flatline do you also feel down and lonely or is that not related? If flatlining is part of the reboot process what are some tips to deal with it?

    I'm on my second nofap streak and so far on this one I haven't had a flatline but my first one I did and yes it's normal to feel depressed. Mine happened very early, around 4-5 days in and I just felt dead inside. No interest in anything, depressed, lonely. Even when I was with people I didn't get any happiness out of it. And I also felt like I was numb from the waist down. My mind and body just felt limp.

    The only tip I can give you for getting through it is to let you know it doesn't last forever. I think mine was around 10 days. It's a horrible time but remember, if you relapse just to get out of it then you will have to go through it all over again. You might aswell get it out of the way now.
