2 weeks completed

Hi guys iam from srilanka today is day 13 of my nofap journey i was addicted to porn and fapping when i was 13 years old now iam 16 its been nearly two years trying to get rid from my addicton

The first days was very hard 1 to 7 days becuase it was brain fog in my brain
The most efective stragedy for me was thinking that it was not me and think that what i lost becuase of this addiction (for me i lost everything )

Day 7 to 13

This week was more enjoyable than the 1st week becuae my hapiness was boosted beacuae of the rewired dopamine when ever i get the urged i say
To myself * its not me its my addiction telling me to do so


So thats how i spend this 13 days
