    Hello everyone.

So I’ve just turned 30 yrs old recently. Quit this addiction about 9 months ago.

Iv been through serious withdrawal symptoms. Even till now I am feeling really LOST.

I’m here to ask for help from the community and then if I can overcome this. I can share more things.

So currently I keep on hearing porn sounds like moaning (without actually listening to anything). My brain is able to recall porn sounds like especially the one THE TROLLS use on social media to make fun of people.

I can’t seem to get the porn sound out of my head. I find myself very anxious and defensive to that Sound. Can you guys please share with me a way to overcome this or deal with it?

My body/brain is very defensive to this noise.
I need the communities help now more than ever!

take the spiritual line ,as the mind cannot exist without occupation. It exist on some idea and that ideal has to be higher than anything.SO key is to not to pull it from something ,but to push it to something best!!!

Hello my friend, first of all congratulations that you have quit this addiction for such al long. That’s really great and you really can be proud of yourself. To be honest I don’t have these sounds in my head. But this must be really frightful. I have very often sex scenes in my head. They come out of nowhere. It’s like watching a porn video. I think that’s a aftermath of my porn addiction which I have since decades. What helps me is distract my mind when It happens. So I hear very loud music with my headphones. Then the pictures in my head go away. I hope that these symptoms will disappear the longer we stay away from porn. Porn is such a strong addiction. I hope this may will help you. I wish you the best. Keep fighting.

  4. Although I did not experience the same sounds as you, I went through a similar experience when I was going through a rough period. It felt like there was a radio in my forehead just playing white noise & static. It was just a sign that I was stressed and my body was trying to fight it. I did seek help but it took awhile to finally cease. In my efforts to quit porn I sometimes have such strong memories of porn scenes that are with me for a day or two. This happens and you have to stay strong. Give it a little time. I'm not big on meditation, but I think finding a good quiet place, especially at the end of the day to just listen to your body and talk to yourself may help you. In any case, stay strong and I doubt this will bother you much more!
