I'm a 24 yo male who had been masturbating from porn since I was 14..ive been clean for 21 days, which is the longest streak I have had since I was 14.. if I knew then what I know now, I would've never went down this terrible path in the first place.. im sure everyone on here would say the same, if not most...
It took me till just the beginning of this year to realize that the coralation between me feeling depressed and empty as fuck went right together with masturbating and watching porn, going through middle and high school...
ive never felt better since I stopped.. and with doing this, I have gained the ability to stop myself from other bad habits like eating fast food everyday and being a procrastinator..
I just wanna thank all of you who shared their stories with others, which is why I wanna pay it forward,for my journey has just begun. you guys have inspired me to change myself to become better,I hope those who on the fence about nofap give it a try and experience life like it should be again..
The best advice I can give that helped me the most is, I look at it like this, we humans were not created to watch porn, not be the puppet clicking the next video to get a new high... we have the ability to give life, and we should be proud of that. why give this life form up to just flush it down the toilet?
