    Hello my fellow fapstronauts! I hope your efforts in orbit are proving to be beneficial.

    I thought it would would be great to express what we would rather do instead of fapping, PMO'ing or giving in to a relapse. I would like to start with a few. Of course, feel free to post your own!

    1) I would rather endure the discomfort of urges rather than feel the dreaded despair of a relapse
    2) I would rather take a cold shower than indulge in PMO
    3) I would rather call a friend or family member before I commit to the fap.
    4) I would rather complete my homework than lose motivation to do it after PMO.
    5) I would rather go out for a nice walk or jog before I waste energy on PMO.
    6) I would rather go to the gym and wear myself to exhaustion instead of PMO exhaustion
    7) I would rather flirt with a pretty lady before I give my semen away to some stranger/strangers
    8) I would rather wait to give my gift of sexuality to a deserving women then waste it on people I don't know
    9) I would rather grow spiritually before I commit spiritual suicide by indulging in PMO
    10) I would rather watch SacredSexualityProject or NoFap Academy on Youtube before I watch sleazy low down pornography.

    This is my new favorite thread.

    1. I would rather meditate than PMO.
    2. I would rather go to a coffeeshop and read the paper than fap.
    3. I would rather meditate than look at porn.
    4. I would rather walk my dog than fap to pixels.
    5. I would rather clean/wash my car than waste my valuable man juices.
    6. I would rather cook a spontaneous dish than relapse.
    Etc etc.

    1) I would rather make my wife a special present, than make her sad her again.
    2) I would rather look at myself in the mirror with confidence, than with shame because of a relapse.
    3) I would rather give my support a report of continued triumph, than a report of frustrated despair.
    4) I would rather do something constructive with my life, than destructive.
    5) I would rather help bring peace to the world, than encourage misery.
    6) I would rather live up to my standards, than to scale them back.
    7) I would rather use my hand to become better at art, than to become better at masturbating.
    8) I would rather live a life with transparent joy, than live with dark secrets.

    Thanks for this idea. I'm sure it will help me a lot as I add to my own journal.
