    Hi everyone,

Its my 22nd day of no PMO and since I have had a very heavy brain fog due to dopamine withdrawal and I cannot study well or focus much, I was wondering if I should start excercising to get some dopamine from it and reduce the brain fog ? or since I am withdrawing dopamine I should stay away from most actions that release dopamine ?

    Thanks alot.

I highly recommend you read the book, "Spark: The New Science of Exercise and the Brain." In short, you'll feel much better once you start exercising. It's not only good for the body, it's extremely healthy for the mind and will quicken your recovery. Keep in mind though, depending on your experience with working out you will have about a 2 week acclimation period where it'll make you feel a bit rundown and you won't see the benefits. Don't hit it too hard, and just go with the intention of building the habit. In the long-term it'll be one of the best decisions you've ever made.

That book is interesting Ill start reading it!.
my body is familiar with excercising, I used to excercise alot when I was 21ish, and Im totaly agree with you, it takes some time to get used to it.
By the way I read your comment earlier and went running/walking for 38 minutes! I feel better! Ill keep doing it for some weeks then Ill add some weight liftings since I used to do it some years ago. Thanks alot for the advice and good luck with your goals.
