  1. Hi to all.

A year ago I started my journey on no PMO through this site, and, while I was able to last 27 days, I ended up failing and returning to my old habits. That doesn't mean it didn't help me though, on the contrary, I was able to move forward in life and it cured a lot of my antisocial and obsessively kinky behaviors.

But here I am once again, a year later, having my first girlfriend, studying and working at the same time, and being happier as days go by. I want to improve in the aspect of watching P. My girlfriend is demisexual (only feels sexually attracted to her partner), and I've always wanted that for myself as well, but I am aware that my mentality doesn't allow it for now. So, I want to start little by little, with no P, which I think is going to be quite a journey, since I started watching it since I was 8yo and didn't stop since then. But I am more than optimistic about starting! I think this community has helped me a lot in the past and will continue to do so.

This is the begginning of my journey on no P. Wish me luck! :)

Welcome back and goodluck with improving yourself. It will be much easier this time because you seem to already feel happy and fulfilled. Improving for the one you love is also a hugh motivational boost for sure!

  4. Heyyy welcome to the NoFap forum : ) It's nice to see you here fighting the good fight alongside us!

First let me go ahead and drop some helpful links for you:

Getting Started Guide / Forum Rules / How to Use the NoFap forums/ Glossary/ NoFap Panic button/ Set up your day counter / Rebooting Resources/ About NoFap/ Support NoFap

    Here is just some advice:

First and foremost please take a look at each section in the forum, there might be something(s) you may find of big help to you. Feel free to post there :+)

Then secondly I just advise you to be active on your profile(as there a few active people in the profile section). Please start by choosing an avatar and then make daily status posts to show you're active and needing support/encouragement. They've also got a neat little feature that shows freshly posted statuses for all users to see. People will find your profile and give you encouragement/support.

Theres a portion of people who love communicating in the profile section..(it should be and is )mostly spportive talk but it doesn't hurt to deviate from supportive talk. It would be great to have you join in and support others in the threads, profiles, and journal. Make sure and be grateful for the help you received and give some help after receiving some. Invest in some people's journeys. We could always use your help and in return you shall receive some as well!

Thirdly, You should also highly consider creating a public journal/log (in the appropriate section for you) and write about your days in more depth for us members to follow along your journey and offer support to you by way of posting in your journal.

Last but not least: Good luck on your journey here, make sure to really give it a try with all your heart!

  5. Day 1
It went incredibly well. Not a single urge to PM. I realise I usually PM not out of necessity, but because I'm bored and it's been a habit for such a long time.

  8. Day 7
This was easier than I initially thought. I had a few little urges to M in the last two days, but they mainly appeared while I was in bed in the morning and just couldn't be bothered to even try. I don't want to update my objective to NO PM because we are in quarantine and we might be constrained to our house for a few months, but I totally believe it is feasible and I am going to try it. I'll post an update if I fail NO M, or, in case I don't, next week :)
