90 days is not enough.

  1. 90 days is just a beginning. You can't be thinking in terms of 90 days period.
Because guess what? You will most likely return to old habits after 90 days, because you will don't know what to do now.
It's a lifetime decision, not for X days and that's it.
You have to accept your new life and new habits.

When I reached a month that’s when I realized 3 months was nothing in this addiction. It’s a nice milestone but it can’t stop there.

  3. Compare 90 days to 10 000 days without porn.
Let's say you were addicted for 3400 days, 90 days is a good starter, good reset but it's nothing in general.
Lot of guys already are experiencing great benefits, and this is beautiful.

But in my opinion, if you let's say were addicted for 3000 days, to truly say that you are recovered you need to be on not using porn more than 3000 days. But I think that then you won't even have a clue what porn is :D Because you will be so busy with your great life

Sadly i don’t think you can even totally recover. Unless porn is completely removed from the world or that someone erased your memory.

  5. I think you can, why not?
It's a matter of neuro plasticity and propee brainwashing to have healthy view on pornographic

I still have memory from my young self. As long as I remember porn I could be tempted to go back to it.

You two have different definitions of what recovering mean.

  8. Because it is a memory of something in the past, it is not an addiction.
