Being Productive

  1. I find it hard to be productive, and actually do something beneficial with my time like working out, or reading a book. I know there’s tons of ways to start doing these things on a regular basis, but sometimes I end up doing them for a couple days then quitting. I went from PMOing to watching YouTube and eating fast food. I feel these are two bad habits that I have yet to quit and have trouble at times like this. Any advice?

    I can tell you what I did. We take about 21 days to make a new habit, so you need to make exercise every fucking day and make this with military discipline because after these days you will work out with zero difficulty. This is now a new habit.
