    Day to day pass but things getting uncontrolled i tried to convince myself i count day which i escaped but after 3 days urges of masturbation started and same cycle restarted i started more blaming myself what would i do friends any suggestions

    Hi man, my suggestion to you is to accept yourself as you are. When you have urges don't go right away to masturbate but let the thoughts about masturbation run in your head and any sexual pictures to run in your head either.
    Then, I promise you, you won't feel so passionate to masturbate.

    Continue to reflect and learn. Subconsciously it doesn't seem like you want to stop. Maybe you're not aware of something that hurt you that you haven't healed from? Also, maybe the environment you're in doesn't help you with your path to recovery. Can you elaborate and share more details? I think what you posted is a cry for help and I think you will get the help that you need if you're comfortable with providing more details.

    Today is my 8th day and now i can proudly say that the goal i have initiated and the challenge will definitely play effective role in my life and keep me motivated to continue
