Nofap During Corona Virus

I am not a very religious person, but since self-isolation I have been saying prayers to God and meditating using a rosary whenever I've got nothing to do. It really helps, and sets me on the right path.

Hello people just joined the community after a few years of trying to quit PMO on my own, needless to say once again I fell today(moments ago) had a very thoughtful session with my inner self and now I'm here. Any quick tips/advice for a newbie on the journey? I'll really appreciate. I hope to go 90 days from today....God help me.
