    I am doing nofap challenge because of erection problem and I am confused if I can read sex stories instead of porn or it’s the same thing just like porn??

    It's the same thing. The stuff you'll read will work with your imagination. So I would suggest you to stay away from anything sexual. Especially if you erection related problems. If you're not doing it in real then don't think, watch, read etc

    Never do that brother. I used to do it for a long time and the imagination you do while reading them, haunt you in future and force you to relapse. I had the same problem with the stories. That's why I am telling you. Stop stories and videos right now
