    Hi guys im new in this site but i know a lot more about NoFap. I started to PMO at the age of 11 and now im 17 and i have issues in premature ejaculation because my brain got addicted to porn. now im on my way to reboot and im on my Day 30 of hardmode and still strong

    I was also 30 days until this morning... i was edging these past 2 days and couldn’t stop this time.

    keep going man, you’re young, you’ve still got so much time and 30 days is something you can’t ever buy back.

    The best tip i can give you is to NEVER give edging a chance, and NEVER fantasize even more than 3 seconds of your favorite porn scene.

    it will make you do unimaginable acts.

    60 days was my longest and went 30 days 4 times now. Day 1 here we go!

    I feel more confident on my self, i appreciate all the beatiful things that i see in my environment, my spiritual become more stronger, i am more productive, i have more focus on a certain task, i feel like i can achieve all my goals in life and my secret why i don't relapse is when the urges comes i always read the Bible and i pray to God to strenghtens me.
