    I hope you all are well and in peace. I appreciate everyone's honesty and encouraging words. I haven't lusted a lot lately and definitely flat and that hurts but I have to accept it and see it as recovery and necessary and much better than pmo... Best to you all. Sincerely. I need help.     Great perspective and hope. Day 19 tomorrow and mostly free and it's like a pink cloud affect... Hopefully it doesn't go away..
