    Hey guys! I just made an account on here. I’ve been trying to beat this for about a year now, and I’ve gone through some pretty good streaks. But lately, I’ve been having a lot of trouble, so I decided that a support system like this was the way to go. Anyways, I’m on my first day! Feeling good about this!

    Welcome aboard brother! Glad to see that another young guy like me has started on a path many don't dare to try. Quitting this won't be easy, but I can tell you from personal experience this is completely worth it! I highly recommend cold showers.

    The benefits of cold showers really depend on the person. In my personal experience I've successfully used them to get rid of depression, sexual urges, and anxiety. Cold showers really just cheers up my day, especially when I take them early in the morning. It just helps me start my day on the right foot.
