My final days!?

    As you can see, soon I will have completed my 90 days. There defintiely were hard times around day 40-50, but now, I feel really great. But what will I do after I have achieved 90 days? One of my friends always says, he would never be able to get to 90 days and that I will explode the first time I masturbate afte the 90 days. The truth is, right now, I don't feel I must do that at all. My question is, after 90 days, will I recognize even more improvements if I go for another 90 days ?

    Don't "reward" yourself at the end of 90 days by fapping. You have come so far and developed so much strength so don't feel like you have hit your goal and now you should go back to where you were before. Isn't the real goal all of us have just to quit forever? From where you are right now that is much more in reach than it will be if you go back to square one.
