The helmet day is day 30.. the idea was that earning it is sacred and by that day you’ve learned some self control. Yes, at helmet day you decided if you want to accept it or not, some choose to wait. It becomes a deterrent not to give in and helps boost your will do push through tougher days. Day 3 ...4:30am :0 Stupid dogs and Roosters.. why the H3LL are you making noise at 4:30???? Yeah.. still in a tent for 10 more days, this is the first time I didn’t like it, but at least they’ve calmed down.. maybe I can fall back to sleep. Lately I’ve been taking my son into the woods and teaching him to build mini shelters with sticks and also into the garden to help grow vegetables. It’s our culture here to teach little boys survival skills when they are very young. My father never really did but he worked hard so I don’t resent it. I’m also learning Foraging, which is the most useful of survival skills. My area is full of greenery and wild plants, so knowing which ones could be eaten and practicing it could save lives one day, or greatly lower my grocery bill at least Sleep well...
@Unhommebinsoft did you make it to day 30 of this challenge? If so.. *offers the helmet* This is not taken lightly as you’ve no doubt read my last post @goldchain - I apologize for my absence but you’re reaching say 8 shows you have potential to join our Ranks *updated* *hands you blaster, Vibroknife* Well done guys, it’s good to be back. May my presence bring you assurance, guidance and wisdom to help you on your journey.
And @EndPornLifeLive and @hollyman who made a point on the wet dream case: thank you. The point of being honest with one self is necessary in order to control and master one self and it's the best learning you can gain from this journey. Being the master, and not the puppy of the brain, is what this journey is about, not the helmet or the armour. @Wolfyoufeed I will decline the offer, because I'm still unsure about the "controllable" part of my dream. I could have just stop it, but remained passive during the process and let the flow bear my control. I will not stop the process, it's part of the growing. I will rise with more preparation, more determination and more willpower to stop this from happening again. Thank you for your support and to everyone: don't give up. *Clench on knees, in anger… but with hope to restart with more knowledge about it* Day 0.

Day 10. Can't sleep well. Today I had dreams about M, first seconds after awoke I thought that I relapsed lol.
Day 4 Clan Mando! I’m feeling really energized today.. I went in the woods and learned how to take bark off a tree. I made it into a little basket. I also foraged some wild edibles. I’ve been reading a book about it that is well written and the author is honest when his knowledge is limited and seems very humble. It’s a nice change compared to books where people claim to know everything. Where’s our le’Belle? Anyone heard from her lately? And Dignity and Mesq?
Tanks.. yeah I purposely misspelled that My tent sleep has been good except that one night. No big deal. It’s usually very peaceful to be out here in Nature. I don’t want to go back into the house actually except that I know it’s inevitable.

Day 10 Sorry I did not post yesterday! Achieved my mini target of 10 days. I am so happy to be in double digits once again. Let me just say the decisions to stop using the internet from 7 PM onwards and sleeping early may be the crucial ingredients to ending my PMO habit without much struggle if I cultivate self-discipline. However, my next mini-target is 15 days now. Pressing forward with conviction! Cold showers: Day 7 of 10 No Youtube: Day 6 of 10 No Social Media (Including Tumblr, TikTok, FB and IG): Day 6 of 10 No Using the Internet from 7 PM onwards: Day 5 of 10 Cycling 50Kms in 5 days: Day 5 of 5 and Covered 59.4 Km (Challenge Successfully Completed) Reading a book (The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks) in 4 days: Day 7 of 4 and on Page 192 (Overdue) Scheduling my day: Day 5 of 10 Learn the basics of auto engineering (Learning something new): Day 5 of 10 Learning JavaScript for 1 hour: Day 6 of 10 Sleeping by 10:30 PM: Day 5 of 10 Waking up at 6 AM or Earlier: Day 5 of 10
