Day 16 Completed most of my challenges except for the reading challenges. Reading seems to require significant willpower for me. I never realized how hard it is to take cold showers. Even now I am not used to them. But I think I will try another 15 days of cold showers. Also keeping away from the net from 7PM has been the most significant thing I have discovered that has kept me on this current long streak. I will also go another 10 days doing this challenge. I think social media is a big waste of valuable time. need to revise my "Gonarth Challenge list" cause i made new goal for this year. also i have new hobby....assembling the mecha Gundam. though is not as fun as playing video game, this hobby often need analytical thinking on how to assemble the kit, so i guess its pretty much positive hobby
