Relapsed again on day 4 today and I feel terrible. So much guilt and regret. I couldn’t find any ways to stop my urges and just gave in any ideas and tips on how to be mentally strong
Avoid triggers. Never follow an unintentional glance with an intentional one. As days go by you will get stronger.
Man it’s tough but congrats on 4 days. Focus on making it to 5 days and so on and so forth. I haven’t been able to make it past a day since this pandemic started, you’re a lot stronger than me!
