Yeah man, it's your job to look after that kid inside of you and love him, forgive him, and be a strong leader.

 

There's definitely a wounded child inside all human beings, bro. And we need to take care of them. The thing is PMO has placed a spotlight on that fact, but with self-care it's possible to better your life. It's very important to be aware of the things that for years you've allowed to harm yourself thinking they were pleasure ('cause they were, but temporary ones) and choose ourselves. Starting from there will probably help with making more healthy choices and eventually heal. Big hug!

 

Yeah sorta. It may be a multiple staged process and in this stage you're going to have to endure the guilt, shame and self-embarrassment. It sucks man but overcoming this and feeling through this what you are saying will make you stronger coming out the other side. This could be part of one of your life lessons in this lifetime on Earth to realize this, face the abuse to your inner kid from PMO all these years and then look back as a growing stage.

Everyone has a fragile innocent kid deep inside hurt from something even if its not PMO like abuse, assault, a supernatural accident, debt, etc. If all other factors in your life are alright and stable then you should be fine to endure through this. But this is just my 2 cents. Hope this helps! We're all here for the same reason to support one another.
