    Been trying to get into Nofap for a while now. Make it around day 7 before having to relapse. Testicles get sore and urges become intense. Is it safe to continue or do you have to relapse?

    Mine are visibly bigger when I'm into a streak (as is my flaccid dick) and have a "fuller" feel to them but I wouldn't call them swollen. They don't get painful either. Are you edging at all? That will do it.

    Usually if it aches it can be withdrawal symptoms from stopping happened to me at the start. It's called blue balls. Search it up. But of course it could be anything, if it persists you may want to speak to your doctor. My one went away after a while.
