I finally ended this dry spell tonight. after 17 months without anything close to sex with a woman, I did the deed. I can truly say that nofap helped me get the confidence and courage to even ask a girl out on a date. before I started this endavour I probably would've pussyed out and pmod to fill the void of my insecurity. this was my first go at intercourse without ED. however I didn't O, which is kind've a drag. but I was a little drunk so that could be the reason. Erection wise id say I'm 98 percent cured. no embarrassing ED tonight. I had some moments where I was hard as a rock and others where I wasn't. there's certainly still room for improvement in this journey. but all in all, I'm thankful I didn't have another humiliating moment. (I lost my V with ED) I encourage everyone to keep fighting. there were times were I felt I couldn't do this simplest things men are supposed to do. like having sex with women!! and a couple of weeks ago I was at a pretty low point. just keep pushing through the relapses, flatlines, depression etc. still a long way to go. far from finished. this is more than a 90 day challenge, this is a lifestyle change.
no I haven't had real intercourse in 17 months. I started NoFap in September. made it to about 70 days hard mode, then relapsed over and over again, stretching out till about now.

Hey nse sorry to steal OP's thunder but I have been on nofap now for three months but with relapses quite frequently iv been doing streaks of like 11 days then 8 then 3 then 4 etc this was from once a day for about ten years and already I have noticed and oters have said my skin is clearer, lost weight, thicker hair (was going a little bald by my crown but it seems to be growing back!!) eyes glowing, don't need as much sleep, calmer and not as anxious. I'm starting a 100 day challenge as of today (day 1) so hoping these benefits will be even more pronounced ! Good luck on your journey K

I'm 19 years old. we met thru social media. I asked for her phone number and quickly arranged a date (instead of procrastinating and becoming 'texting buddies'). 1st date went well, so we hung out a second time. but it all happened after the 3rd date. brought her to a restaurant/bar in my neighbourhood and ordered some nachos and a few rounds. we got slightly tipsy and she kept making hints to go back to her place. at first I was a little reluctant because I was afraid of failing with ED. but I knew I had to try. so when I walked her back to her house, I made a move and that escalated into intercourse.
Thanks for telling me, I kind of want to understand how people just meet and escalate in these situations and what their logistic situations are like, I live with a big family and i'm 23 so if i'm ever going to get laid I guess it would have to be at the girl's house.
