Day 17 Porn and Masturbation Free

    Today has been my toughest day. Found this site while looking for strength. Years ago I smoked cigarettes. I quit cold turkey, that is my plan for my addiction to porn and masturbation.

    Congrats on getting through today. Throughout my NoFap experience, I've had many days that almost made me release, but the thought of going back to being depressed and loathsome gave me the strength! Congrats again and here to more days without porn and masturbation!

    Thank you for the encouragement. Today is day 18, up until yesterday things were pretty easy, yesterday and today have been challenging. Your thought is my thought, I will not go back to being that hidden despicable person that I felt like day in and day out. I turned 60 near the end of last month, I want to be the person people perceive me to be for this final chapter (60,70?80?90?100? yrs old) of my life. I want to try and live an honorable life and not take part in the misery of others who are trapped in the sinister clutches of pornography.
