I need help

  1. Hello all I am 19 years old and I keep messing up. I need to stop relapsing this summer. I am looking for an accountability partner, some I can call if I am feeling urges and what not. I just relapsed today after two weeks clean and I want to punch my fist through a wall. Please lmk if anyone is interested and thank you for reading.

    Believe me, if you continue to go wrong in life, I came to see 8 times things of the darknet and I'm finished my life is a hell remembering things, I have 14 days without PMO, my life is not perfect but I'm clean.

    Dear don,t lose hope i think you have heard"try again and again till you succeed".This is a severe addiction and you must know that habit of years takes some time to remove it completely.So try again and this time try to avoid mistakes that you have made last time...

    I had a diary I remember in my teens where masturbation was somehow a chief feature of my complaints about lack of self control. This was cyclic, many times I didn't have the problem, months at a time, but relapsed in various ways because the normal interactions with women through dating were not happening.

    I'd try to replace bad habits with good ones, getting out, walking and hiking in uplifting places, positive reading of a spiritual nature, a better nutrient rich diet of whole foods and drinks. It isn't that hard to get better through support systems and good habits.

    Good exercise is one of the best anti depressants out there. I would track my internet addictions to passivity and unhappiness. Get off the internet if at all possible and get out into the real world. Sugar and other unhealthy intakes can be linked to mood problems. I would also get on prayer lists of ministries like World Challenge, Mennonite missions and there are many others that field calls from those struggling with addictions.
