do u hear it more clearly if ur a in room with less noise, like in ur bed at night? that is tinnitus, i think like 40% of people have it, i have it, and theres no cure for it i think

but it should not be very loud, just a low ringing in ur ears, but check a doctor out to be sure. Maybe it is something else

i think i've had it for a few years now, maybe since 2015 or 2016.

google says that the cause of tinnitus is
that the hairs in ur ear are bent or broken so u get electrical impulses sent into ur ear but it can also be due to chronic health conditions and injuries that affect the nerves of ur ear or the hearing centre of ur brain

i thought it's permanent but google says it usually lasts 16 to 48 hours but in some cases several weeks. They say it can re occur if u are exposed to high sounds again, and if ur quality of life is affected u must visit a specialist. But in my case i have it permanent so actually i should visit a specialist

 

its mostly noticable for me at night, but i just got used to it.

i didnt go because at the time i read that it was permanent and had no cure so was just going to adapt to it, I am still not sure about it because google has conflicting statements, i am slightly older than u

 

I had it since 2015 and it is getting worse.
It is always there but i only notice it at night.
It is the brain playing tricks on you.
I hope there will be a solution otherwise it will definitely annoy me for the rest of my life.
