Hey guys! Days 8 and 9 have been really hard to fall asleep. Has anyone else experience this ? I’m finding myself tired Af and then I get a sudden rush of energy and I can’t fall asleep. If you have any tips Please let me know it would help tremendously!
After a lot of exercise, work, and a good diet should help. You may also want to try natural sleep aids like melatonin or herbal teas, chamomile, hops, valerian, passionflower.
I’ll give the teas a try. i have been working out so much that you would think I’d be tired but I’m not, it’s crazy! But I think I’m about to hit a flatline
me too ..these days, day 10 here. working out and cardio. but sleep is hard .try waking up 30 minutes earlier .that's my strategy. helps me a lot.

You might not want to do that but leave all social media and the web this killed all of my urges after one month of zero Internet connection. And I would have said it was a flatline but am super energetic and I have the most magnificent of boners without the desire to muster the energy out of it I know that you might not do what I advise you with because am still on day 59 but this grantees no urges because there are no trigger.
Yeah I’m actually starting to use my phone A LOT less. I got rid of all my social media. I really only use my phone now for music, emails, and calls. That’s it, and I guess it’s not surprising that I crave more human interaction. Yesterday and the was very tough mentally, I’m not sure why but maybe is a withdrawal symptom.
This guys says to sleep on your right side, but from everything I researched, you’re supposed to sleep on your left side.
Experienced similar thing, it will improve with time. Your brain is just trying to manage the new situation. Give it time.
One last thing Because you're an addict, any thing can trigger you and I mean any thing for example: a female friend in booty shorts, legs, cleavage, thighs, even clavicles and hair in some cases if it's sexy it's triggering. Also don't listen to music or eat foods that may cause a huge spike in dopamine levels. If you do that then it's impossible and I mean IMPOSSIBLE to fail.
I agree about that. Everyone had better not eat that much when you start nofap. And also eat vegetable more and eat food with strong taste less. This makes great effect on your health and being healthy is also an important part for nofap.
I’ve cut everything that could have had an effect on my brain. No social media, no sexy pics that I had on my phone and no shows that would show anything sexual or that would trigger anything. And it feels to relax and take a break from all it if I’m being honest
I’ve always been a health nut. I eat large amounts of vegetables and fruits. I don’t drink dairy because of lactose intolerance and stuff like that. But since I’ve started doing this I crave even more of the healthy stuff because it just makes you feel great !! So I think I’m good in the path
