CAN’T SLEEP

    Not sure what science says about it, But thanks.
    The guy says if you can't sleep, try sleeping on your right side (+ some other tips) and see if it helps. It doesn't hurt I assume.

    You may try both side and see which one is better. I don't know.

    I don't know anyone who is as serious a health promoter and eater/drinker than myself. I like bitter teas and foods that are good for me.

    Sleep is essential for mental health. Unfortunately I haven't had a bed for a long time now, just have a sofa I sleep on or the carpet floor with a blanket or sleeping bag, usually no air conditioning. I need to get a mattress at least on CL, there are limits to spartan living.

    That’s rough man I’m sorry about that. And yes me too, I believe that sleeping, an actual good night sleep, is more than essential for mental health. What day are you on if you don’t mind me asking ?

    Where you are living can have a big influence on how well you sleep. Whenever I have been away, camping out or visiting friends I sleep much better. Also caffeine can do a number on your ability to sleep.
