    I used to be a weed smoker, now after all this time of no pmo, I feel a light buzz, almost like ive taken a puff or two. Anyone else experiencing this?

    Yes I know that feeling lol Used to smoke the herb as well...Sometimes at the gym Ill get this headrush feeling that almost feels similar to the high weed used to give me haha....Between fasting/intermittent fasting, nofap, and meditation Id say they all give me a beautiful natural high

    Day 60 here. I am in a flatline period now but there are glimpses of moments where I feel relaxed and almost high. I think the brain is doing it's balancing act right now.
