90 days of NoFap

hello, my name is david I have decided to start the challenge NoFap and although my English is not very good, I will tell my experience in these 90 days day .

day 0: relapsed at 1:12 pm

day 1: today is my birthday I don't feel like masturbating

day 2 : a normal day I just did homework and hold the temptation

day 3 : today I really wanted to masturbate but hold on

day 4: few times I had dirty thoughts

day 5:a normal day but at night I had dirty thoughts

day 6:I'm very scared, usually I can't go more than 5 days
