relapsing again and again

I'm a 16 year old boy. I have been trying to Nofap since last week.
I have my classes four days a week . I'm able to control on those days but I am relapsing again again and again on my Off-days.
I meditate daily 30 min. I have to study for long hours.
I have a very big goals ahead.
Please help me out.

same case for me

no worry on daily work but at the week end is porn and porn (especially sunday)

all i can say, becarefull on the stress,,,, i too have a big goal and sometime its making me stress,, usually i go fap and porn when i do my project and that project meet an hard to solved problem,,,so instead of trying to solved it , i choose to forget it and do porn

if that the same scenario, then i suggest to handle the stress that given by study,, do not beat urself up and just face it no further stress needed

I was able to fully relate my case with yours. And I can say that I'm also in the same situation with kind of two weekends in a week. Ohkay, let's check it out this time.
