    hi guys,

    its been 3 years since i've had a meaningful relationship with a girl.
    i pmo every night and didn't think it was a problem until recent.
    i find myself unwilling to talk with girls or avoiding them altogether,
    preferring to pmo instead. when i do find myself in conversation with
    a girl (my mother, my cousin's wife, a friend) my mind gravitates towards
    very inappropriate thoughts and it is difficult to have a proper conversation.

    i'm just realizing how very wrong this is and its very hard for me to talk about it
    with people i know, so you guys are my only hope at recovery.

    okay, so my goal is to quit pmo indefinitely and find a girlfriend.

    i'll post here every night until i succeed.

    lets go guys.

    I have the same project, quit PMO and find a girlfriend. For me this addiction was always a obstacle to have a relation with another people. Thanks God im in the process to be healed.

    I am on day 2 aswell, are you in for a challenge?
    Lets make a challenge between us, lets aim for 90 days without PMO, who relapses should do 50 pushups and with every relapse the amount of pushups will increase.
    Wanna bet that I will beat you for 90 days?

    let the best man win.

    day 3, gathered the courage to msg a girl. still getting tempted by dirty pics and thoughts.

    day 1, i fucked up and pmo'd today. i felt so weak and ashamed after, realized it is just not worth it. did my 50 pushups. ready to tackle these 90 days.

    It's helpful to have a goal in mind besides getting a girlfriend. Remember—quitting PMO will make you stronger, more confident, and more capable of achieving your goals.
