Vitamin d3

I find people here to be fascinating if you know what I am getting at.

 

The truth is there is many vitamins, minerals, electrolytes, herbs etc that will be well documented in having all sorts of benefits.

I mean you read some of this stuff and it would make you think man this sounds like the cure to all diseases, the cure to mental illness etc.

If you were deficient in a vitamin, mineral, electrolyte and then you began taking it, if you had a lot of inflammation and began taking something powerful at reducing that inflammation, then yes these sort of things can be a massive help, and they maybe could be the answer you have always been looking for.

Generally everything is much more complex though, and it isn't usually a case of finding one thing like this and then that's it, this one thing is the answer to all your problems.

Seeking out some sort of vitamin, mineral, electrolyte, herb etc in the hope that it will solve all the issues you are having mentally or psychically is unlikely to work. Like I said usually your issues are much more complex, and there is many other things that are causing your issues.

There's nothing wrong with taking these things, and they might even have some benefits. But I just don't recommend putting all your faith in to something like this in the hope that it will fix your problems.

 

You enjoy lecturing a group of people that you consider beneath you, and you enjoy feeling superior. Your post history is a whole lot of 'hot takes' - I doubt you have learned anything here at all.

I'm not saying there aren't a lot of pathetic people here - it's a porn addict forum, ffs. There are people here in different situations but we all have something in common holding us back. But I find it very dishonest that you say you are here because you are fascinated by people here and enjoy observing them, when your posting history is a lot of patronising lectures about how wrong they are about everything.

 

You know what I would enjoy more? To see all of them, including yourself, become so much better than you already are.
And btw it is not a porn addict forum. Some might be, but most really aren't.
