Morning wood and random boners are a very good sign your pp is functional again! It took me just over 2 weeks of hard mode to have successful sex, I was very lucky that my case wasn't more severe. I would say it is very likely that your pp is cured at this stage, I recommend you try sex now if you want. My advice, tell the girl about your problem and how you've overcome it. This will remove any anxiety about it not working and it should go up no problem! It is not something to be ashamed of and your success story of now being 110 days clean will probably make her admire you. Best of luck brother, really well done on making it this far!

 

If you mean cured from pied the only sure way is to test it is with real women. Either way, you will have to rewire at some point, maybe face failure a few times so might as well start talking to women, ease yourself back to sexual life by making out etc. Until you feel like your body reacts well enough for sex. But do not try it by yourself. Morning wood etc is not a sure way to confirm this.
