What means monk mode?

No women no sex no P. Very ascetic. Not for weak people.

@Kevinem grats. I did like 72 days no PMO. I am a fan of monkmode; at least temporarily for training and purity. I'm doing it now. 4 now 90 goal monkmode day like 11 now.

Good thing too monkmode u stop being a perv at wom NS privates. Guard itself from the trap of lust and appreciate women for personality( lot of shit women thou lol).

Yeah monkmode... In Sanskrit =Brahma-Charya. Means path of the ultimate. Brahma is also heaven.

True monk mode is living like a monk: no TV, no social media, no news, no alcohol, no cigarettes, no sex, no masturbation, very limited social interaction, going to bed early, waking up early, etc. And it is the fastest path to recovery, but not for everyone.

 

I used to call it "hard mode", but now for the first time I decided to do it "monk mode". For me it's additional to no P, no M also the avoidance of everything that arouses me, even and especially in the mind. Also I don't want to objectify women and instead treat them always as persons.

Well it's an ideal. Good to describe it! I need to get serious with this. For I have MO'd this very morning, when I didn't get out of bed but listened to an audio book.
