Hey everyone , I'm new on the community and this is my first time posting. I've recently started a nofap and today is my first day day.

Porn addiction has been a problem that I've always wanted to take care of but didn't have the strength and motivation to, but now I do thanks to this community.

I realised I had ED when I was about to have sex for the second time in my life but couldn't keep an erection for a long time. I was humiliated but luckily my girlfriend was understanding. A few months ago right after that incident occurred I researched and found out that I have PIED.

I've tried abstaining from porn but couldn't really last for a long time, Everytime I would give myself reasons as to why I should masturbate, I even masturbated when I wasn't in the mood but because I was so used to it I didn't pay much attention to it.

Until a week ago when my girlfriend and I were fighting and I really wasn't okay but at night I had an urge to masturbate. I asked myself that do I really wanna masturbate when I'm so sad, that's when I accepted that I have a problem and downloaded the getting started pdf.

So far it has been great help and my first day wasn't as hard as before, my goal is to reach the end of the week and start another one right after, maybe two weeks...hope you guys can support me throughout this new journey of mine
