Have to stay inside for reading but this leads to relapse(please give advice)

    Hello guys these months i am forced to attend my online lessons from my computer but the problem here is that i have ~6-10 hours a day but that leads to relapses,what can i do to not relapse

    I've also been at home a lot about this pandemic. I had a strong thought and curiosity for relapse since I was at home for a long time like you. However, that's just my mind before I started doing (no PMO). The first week is really hard to keep this priority because the devil in your mind is trying to make you say "I can't" and make you overthink. But, look inside you. Inside you is a good person who is locked inside of you because of PMO. Open the key and bring the good man out of the devil's prison. The way to open it is like continuing to pray and doing positive activities that you like (your hobby). It may seem trivial but it will be the wrench to open that devil's prison and make you a better person than before

    If you need the computer for work or school, you have to block the pornsites on it. Another trick is to do something else with your hands when the urge gets strong. When I get the urge to masturbate (usually when I'm bored) I grab my ukulele and play a song instead.
