    Hello, I've managed to abstain for about a week now, and when I was taking a shower earlier I had an erection when I was trying to clean myself. Would this count as a relapse? I wasn't fantasizing or anything like that.

    it's happened to me many times it doesn't count as relapse if you don't masturbate or do it with malice
