I get that sometimes too when I don’t ejaculate for a while. It’s a feeling of congestion in and around your prostate. It will go away after a few days. It’s just a part of your body overproducing ejaculate because of the frequency of past releases. Your body will find equilibrium again and whatever isn’t ejaculated will ether be absorbed or dumped via a wet dream. No need to worry, I believe it is normal.

 

Yeah, it happens to me too. @pump20 is spot on. You can also get rid of the semen after using the bathroom. That’s how it happens for me. After I urinate, it comes out (not an ejaculation or orgasm, it just follows the urine out) and the pressure is relieved. No need to worry, it will go away. It is uncomfortable though! Try not to think about it too much or you’ll be tempted to relieve the pressure yourself.

 

I don’t think he is one of those that subscribes to that train of thought. I think most people on NoFap want to quit masturbation, myself included. I believe when he wrote that message it was five days since the last time it had happened, not on purpose.
I agree with you though, masturbation and P go hand in hand. Both turn you into a lesser person.
