Pmo and premature ejacualtion

    Hi everyone. I hope you all are doing great. I am 23 years old who is suffering from premature ejaculation. I feel this is happening because of the porn addiction for years. Is there anyone who can guide me on how to overcome this problem and how much does NoFap help in retaining the natural power back from Porn induced problems like Pied or premature ejaculation. Any experiences and or any suggestions are highly appreciated.

    I suggest that you read the success stories of people that have faced PIED and other issues. Many people have detailed accounts of their nofap journeys there.


    As for overcoming porn addiction, there is your self discipline and people that can help you and also nofap forums.


    Accountability journals and partners help a lot in your early stages.

    Good habits and lifestyle will aid you in the longrun.

    What are good habits? Working out, reading, non toxic social interaction, language learning and even taking your friend/wife/partner/parents out for food.

    Hope this helps, I am fighting my own porn addiction so i also have tried adopting a good lifestyle

    Hey, thanks for the response. Actually I am more worried about PE and haven't read much about it. I do understand that fapping for years can lead you to Porn induced erectile dysfunction which is not a physical problem and can be cured by retaining from PMO. My question is does Nofap has the same benefits for PE?

    You don't think ejaculating sooner during an intercourse is a problem?

    That's quite subjective, isn't it? It depends on what your partner would like, it can be 1 minute or 1 hour. Still cannot help you I guess.
