I fapped. I know I shouldn't do this but I did it anyways. Thankfully, I didn't fap to porn but I still feel like I've wasted my time and energy. It didn't even feel good, my balls hurt now. Over 130 days strike down the drain.

I’m sorry to hear that bro... But this isn’t the time to be sad about the mistake you made. Use this as a lesson, next time you’re going good and feel an urge just remember how it sucked to relapse. If you’ve already made 130 days you’re a strong person. You can do this again. No nut November is just upon us, might be a late start but don’t waste any time just go right back to the grind!

Thanks for the kind words. I'm not going to beat myself up over a relapse, that would be pointless and stupid. It's not the end of the world after all, and that relapse certainly didn't erase all of my progress.

look ahead. don't look back in anger (like my name :3) and focus on the future and your present.

you can't unfap that fap now so it's better you focus
    and keep us updated.

one thing you'd also want to know is that the 7 days after a relapse can be tough

My life did change for the better, that's for sure.
It is tough, I considered relapsing again but I ditched that idea when I remembered that it isn't going to help me, quite the opposite, it would only make everything worse and would make me fall back into that addiction.

From where I am at, if you could guarantee me one relapse in 130 days, well I would snap your arm off to get it. It can't be underestimated what an achievement that is nor how much stronger you must be psychologically than when you first began. Ok, you tricked yourself into ending your streak but the plasticity of your brain must have changed since you began. You must have a lot more grey matter built up in your brain than when you started. I assume that in general your concentration levels and joys for non porn related aspects of life have also dramatically improved. One day of failure will not make much of an impact in all the unseen repairs you have carried out to your brain over those 130 days. I would put it down to experience, get going again, and appreciate what a strong position you are in right now to get this done and defeated.
