A question for those who have passed the 90th days

    So guys if ur reading this first of all congrats on achieving this goal !

    So my question is after doing 90 days hard mode lets say your are clean now n decide to have an active sex life again. I mean its normal that in the beginning you wont last long since youll be more sensitive. But in general how much time did it take you to start getting a hang of it and lasting as long as you want or atleast longer than in the beginning right after the 90 days ?

    I used to last under 1.5 minutes, after overcoming it didn't really change, I think it will take longer or It will never improve, I know I sound a little negative, but before porn addiction I was normal and even overcoming the porn I feel like I am missing something, I can feel it, but the good thing is you are more focused, your self esteem and confidence increases drastically.

    I focused more on my life than my sexual performance.

    The more I fap the longer you last. I think you will slowly move towards your natural time. I used to last too long, now its purfect but it took about a year of sex with a relapes once every few weeks/months.

    It was actually great. Surprisingly lasted long enough for her and the performance anxiety was not present, which was the most important part to me.
