I do think that your looking at your problem the wrong way, you should not watch porn because you have will power. Of course your phone is going to give you triggers from all the time you have watched porn with it, but that will build strength. If I were you I would just block porn and trigger sites in the setting, and then just use my willpower to stop watching porn. You will fail, but failing is the most important part of the process.

 

In response to your thread title, the best NoFap phone is a standard flip phone. No internet all together. Just calling and texting the old way. Does this fit your criteria? It doesn't, but we must all make sacrifices to retrain our brain.

 

De-install your browser on your phone and only browse on your laptop. On your laptop you can install pluckeye what blocks all images & videos.

 

I use EverAccountable, an accountability program on my cellphone (and computer) which takes screenshots of what I do on my phone and sends them to trusted accountability partners. I get to keep my fully functional phone and avoid all P use and P-subs without having to sacrifice anything. All in all, willpower and being held responsible for your actions is probably the best way to live.
