Day 8 amazing feelings

    Feeling so complete and control with myself. Felt like I went through some pretty bad withdrawal symptoms and a couple headache, but I feel accomplished right now. Feeling really close to myself and starting to reach out to my female friends again. Starting to feel like I have control again. Just taking it day to day! :)

    Oh yeah of course man! School and work keep me plenty busy. I am going to make a better effort to hit the gym and start reading and meditating more.

    Haha you got the first week rush! Enjoy the feeling man. Be ready for some urges coming up on week 2 and week 3 because I know I've been having them. Good luck on your reboot!

    Yeah, I am looking into talking to my female friends, and bring them close to me like I use too. I have been up and down with this for a couple years. My main thing is managing stress, I am trying to do different things that help me cope with the stress of all this. But, I really don't feel the urge to M, I just want to be with somebody haha. That's also a good sign of progress!

    I can relate with you because I haven't been talking/been more open with my female friends and I would really like to get more socially involved with the opposite sex. I've found that it takes practice and that I can't make every conversation perfect so I just try to ease through things normally (idk if that's advice lol). If it helps some ways I manage stress include eating healthy, meditating, getting enough sleep, drinking chamomile tea and most importantly exercising. You should also put some serious effort in trying to find your triggers that cause stress if it is causing you so much trouble. I'm always here if you need advice so just let me know through a PM.
