    Hi there,

I don't know if this fits in rebooting or self improvement.

I am on my 3rd reboot (first was 15 days, second 35. today is day 25).

I often work out, and have been working out regularly (4-5 times a week) and with good results for 5 years now. I cannot sacrifice working out because it is really important for my mental health. However, on all three of my reboot attempts, i end up having a full orgasm and coming in my pants while working out. It is never planned, there is no "rubbing" of fabric against my genitals, i do not even get an erection. It is most commonly called a "coregasm". I get them while doing squats, dips, pull ups, muscle ups. The problem is, obviously, the chaser. effect.

So far on this streak i was doing really well with everything, and just had a coregasm during a workout just now. It wasn't planned or intentional, so i don't want to reset my counter. I am also scared of the chaser effect in the next couple of days. and i wonder, if i beat the chaser effect, will i continue to just cum while working out until it gets me,

Anyone have any experiences/opinions on this?

Have you completely banned porn out of your life? Or are you sometimes still seeing some soft-porn things on social media?

  4. Some time ago, I read a post by someone else who had the same problem. I have no idea what causes it, so maybe ask your doctor?

You say that you had an orgasm. Do you mean the actual orgasm where you feel all those feelings as if you'd been sexually stimulated, or is it only the ejaculation without the actual orgasm? Because, if it's the latter, I wonder if the specific exercises that you do are stimulating your prostate gland? (This is only speculation on my part, because I'm not a medical person.)

  5. I have never heard about this. I can understand that it can be somewhat uncomfortable. However, it all sounds very natural and healthy! Don't get too scared about unwanted orgasms. Having wet dreams or having an unwanted orgasm in some other way just means that your body is resetting and in fact doing what happens naturally by getting rid of excess stuff in your man parts. Why are you scared of the chaser effect?

    Thanks for your replies guys.
I am not going to see a doctor because it is not a medical problem.
Yes, it was a full orgasm, with all the good feelings.
I am scared of the chaser effect because the last two times this happened to me in the gym, i ended up doing PMO a few days later. The orgasm from the gym gives me the chaser effect.
I only get the gym orgasms when i am trying to Reboot. It does feel like a healthy and normal way of my body "getting rid of excess stuff in my man parts". It is just the days after that bother me. This feeling like i broke my streak, and then being afraid to workout again in case i start to have an orgasm every time i am in the gym...

If you add aerobic training to your workout , I assure you that this will never happen again.
For example try running or swimming.
If you do bodybuilding in a gym, make sure to run for atleast 15mins before your workout.

The problem with anaerobic workout is that your body won't receive enough oxygen during your activity. So the excess testosterone generated in your body due to nofap and athletic activity won't get the opportunity to restore in your muscles properly.
That's the main reason of muscle contraction only after a few days without workout for someone who see his athletic activity only in lifting wieghts.
And when you do aerobic workout that's when you are REALLY putting pressure on your body.
You see it's all about oxygen.

Having orgasms while working out is called coregasms aka exercise-induced orgasms. Some of the exercises that I've been doing gave me orgasms and it's not a bad thing. If it happens to you, do the other exercises that doesn't give you coregasms. You must be mindful so that way you won't bust a nut. Prone position exercises give coregasms most of the time because the private area touches the object. Hope this answers your question.

  11. That explains why I've never had that problem! Thank you for an understandable explanation.

I have read that aerobic exercise can actually increase the likelihood of a coregasm becauseit stimultes bloodflow.
Either way, the research is still growing. They estimate about 10% of men experience this regularly. So far, it has been 3 days since my coregasm and i didnt relapse and i am not resetting my counter! But i am going to do a similar workout today :emoji_cold_sweat: let me see if i can control the feeling and make it stop before its too late lol

  13. I watched a documentary about Arnie, and he said he used to feel like he was cumming all the time while he was working out. "I'm cummin' in the mornin', cummin' in the evenin'..." Didn't work out too badly for him.

Another thing about anaerobic exercise is that it's analogous to pranayama and other methods of prayer and meditation that are actually designed to starve the body of oxygen and produce the orgasmic feeling of the mind lifting up to higher planes.

Just sayin' it might not be a bad thing.
