You dont say much about you.. but.. does your wife knows about your addiction?
If so then I would recommed couple therapy.. even when this is your battle you need a team that supports you and this is an ADDICTION.. isnt easy to cut it..
If she doesnt know then your first step should be confession.. she needs to know whats happening and you need to be clear, sincere and dont hide anything!
Of course you will need to put blockers, passwords and start with a realistic goal..
